Who writes the content
All calculator pages, guide content, and FAQs on this site are written by Zufishan, who holds an MS in Environmental Science and built AllGradeCalculator to solve a problem she ran into repeatedly as a student: accurate, clutter-free grade and percentage tools that work across US, Pakistan, and India grading systems.
No content on this site is published without a human author review. Pages marked "Updated" reflect a substantive review of the formula, examples, and supporting text, not an automated refresh.
How formulas are sourced
Every calculator formula is verified against a primary source before publication. The sources used are:
- US GPA tools — standard credit-weighted formula used by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and common university handbooks
- Pakistan tools — HEC (Higher Education Commission Pakistan) official grading and aggregate policy documents
- Pakistan board tools (Matric, FSc) — BISE examination rules and marking scheme documents
- MDCAT and ECAT — PMC (Pakistan Medical Commission) and UET aggregate policy circulars
- India CBSE tools — CBSE official class X and XII marking scheme documents
- India university tools (Anna University, VTU, Mumbai University) — official examination regulation documents published by each university
Where a board or university uses more than one formula for different programs or years, the calculator notes the variation and the result carries a disclaimer directing students to confirm with their institution.
Accuracy and disclaimers
Every calculator result is an educational estimate. Institutions apply their own rounding rules, grace marks, subject weightings, and attendance conditions that no external tool can know. The result you get here is mathematically correct for the formula shown, but it may differ from your official result.
Every calculator page carries an explicit disclaimer to this effect. Students should confirm critical numbers (admission aggregates, scholarship eligibility, GPA for academic standing) with their registrar or examination board before using them on official documents.
Corrections policy
If a formula is incorrect or a board changes its policy, the calculator is updated as soon as the error is confirmed. The page "Updated" date is changed to reflect the correction, and the fix is noted in the page content where the change is significant enough to affect results students may have already calculated.
To report a formula error or a policy change, use the contact page. Please include the calculator URL, the formula you believe is incorrect, and a link to the official source showing the correct formula. Corrections are reviewed and applied within 7 days.
